Step 1: Watch for Approval Request Emails
When a traveler submits a booking that requires approval, you'll receive an email notification that includes:
The traveler’s name
Basic booking details
A short explanation of why the booking is out of policy
Click the Log In button in the email to access your Approver Dashboard.
Step 2: Log In to the Approver Dashboard
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO):
Click Log In, and you’ll be redirected to your company login page.
After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to your Approver Dashboard.
If your company uses Email and Password Login:
Enter the username from your original approver invitation email (not your email address).
Example:
approver-user_123456Enter the password you set during account creation.
Click Log In to access your dashboard.

Click Reset Password, and follow the instructions to reset your Approver account password.
✅ Tip: Check Keep Me Signed In to avoid logging in each time.
Step 3: Review the Approval Request
On your dashboard, you’ll see all active requests for travelers you're assigned to.
Each request includes:
Traveler name
Booking ID
Booking type (flight, hotel, or car rental)
Booking start date
Request submission date
Booking price
Policy violation details (in red text, if applicable)
Click View Details to open the full booking request.
Step 4: Approve or Reject the Booking
Once you’ve reviewed the details, choose one of the following:
✅ Approve
The booking will be processed immediately.
The traveler will receive an email confirmation of the completed booking.
❌ Reject
The booking will be marked as rejected in the traveler’s account.
The traveler will receive an email notification that their request was declined.
Step 5: What Happens Next?
Once you’ve responded to a request:
It will disappear from your active queue.
You’ll receive a new email the next time one of your assigned travelers submits an approval request.
