Creating your approver account

If you’ve been assigned as a Travel Approver, you’ll need to create your account before you can manage booking requests for your travelers.

Step 1: Look for Your Invitation Email

You’ll receive an invitation email that looks like this:

Click the link in the email to begin setting up your account.


Step 2: Choose the Right Login Method

Option A: If Your Company Uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. Click Login in the invitation email or on the homepage.

  2. Use your company username and password to log in.

  3. You’ll be signed in automatically as an Approver — no extra setup required.

Option B: If Your Company Uses Email and Password Login

  1. Follow the link in the invitation email to the login page.

  2. On the login page:

    • Click "Reset your password" and enter your email address.

    • Enter the email address where you received the invitation.

    • Make sure Approver is selected as your role.

  3. Click Submit to receive a password reset email.

🔐 Note: Traveler, Arranger, and Approver roles each have different usernames — be sure to select Approver so your access is set up correctly.


Step 3: Set Your Password

You’ll receive a reset email with a link that looks like this:

Subject: Password Reset

  1. Click the link in the email to access the password setup.

  2. Create a password that meets all security requirements.

  3. Enter your new password in both fields and click Submit.


Step 4: Log In to the Approver Dashboard

Now that your password is set:

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Enter the username from your original invitation email (not your email address).

    Example: approver-user_123456

  3. Enter the password you just created.

  4. Click Login to access your Approver Dashboard.


🎉 Your account is now ready!
You're set to start approving or denying travel bookings submitted by your travelers.
