Step 1: Access the Travel Site
Please use the link provided to you by your employer to access your company’s travel site.
If your employer uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll see a Login button.
Click Login and follow your normal sign-in process.
If your employer uses email and password login, continue with the steps below.
Step 2: Set Your Password
If you’ve never logged in before, you’ll need to set your own password.
Click Reset Password on the login page.
Enter the email address where your travel invitation was sent.
Make sure Traveler is selected as your role.
(The other options are used for corporate approvers and travel arrangers.)
Submit your password reset request.
Step 3: Reset Your Password from Email
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Click the link in your email to return to the site.
Create a new password.
Ensure your new password meets the site’s security requirements.
Enter your new password in both fields.
Click Submit to confirm your password reset.
Step 4: Log In
Now that your password has been successfully reset:
Enter your email and new password.
Click Login to access your travel account.
🎉 That’s it — your account is created!
