Can I view my company’s travel policy in advance before I start searching?
Yes! Click View Policy in the top header at any time to see the full details for flights, hotels, and car rentals.
Why does my booking show a red dot even though I thought it was in policy?
The red dot usually means at least one part of the booking violates your company’s travel policy — such as price, star rating, or fare type. Click the red dot to view the specific policy issue.
How do I know if my trip needs approval before I can book it?
You'll see approvers listed below the booking details when you try to confirm it. In-policy bookings typically skip the approval process.
I selected a hotel room that was in policy, but my total price seems too high — will that cause issues?
Hotel policy limits are usually per night, not total. If your average nightly rate is under the limit, you're in policy — even if the total price looks high.
What happens if my approver doesn’t respond in time? Can I still book my trip?
You can’t complete the booking without approval for out-of-policy items. If you're in a hurry, consider choosing an in-policy option or following up with your approver directly.
Can I book multiple items (flight, hotel, car) in the same trip if only one is out of policy?
Yes — each booking is handled individually. In-policy items will confirm right away. Out-of-policy items will be marked as pending and require approval.
I’m traveling internationally. How do I make sure my booking meets policy requirements?
International travel may have different policy rules. Use the filters to select "Within Policy Only," and review the international sections in your policy page.
What if my booking is rejected? Can I edit it and resubmit for approval?
If your request is rejected, you’ll need to start a new booking. Consider adjusting the price, duration, or property type to fit within policy.
