Cancelling a trip for your traveler

Cancel someone's booking directly from your Arranger account

Step 1: Select the Traveler

  1. From the homepage, type the name of the traveler you need to cancel a trip for.

  2. Click their name to select them from the dropdown.

  3. Enter any basic search criteria (destination, dates, etc.) and click Search — this logs you into their traveler profile.


Step 2: Open Their Trip Page

  1. Click My Trip in the top menu.

  2. You’ll see the traveler’s most recently booked or searched trip first.

  3. To view other trips, click See All Trips.

  4. Find the trip you want to cancel and click View Trip.


Step 3: Cancel the Booking

  1. Inside the trip, locate the booking you want to cancel (flight, hotel, or car).

  2. Click Cancel Booking.

  3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel on the confirmation screen.

Once the cancellation is complete:

  • You’ll see a message confirming that the booking was successfully canceled.

  • The traveler will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation as well.

Step 4: Make a New Booking (If Needed)

To find a better option for your traveler:

  1. Click the Search tab at the top of the page.

  2. Start a new search using updated trip details.


✈️ Their booking is now canceled, and you're ready to move forward.
