How do I switch between different travelers when booking?
After booking or viewing one traveler’s trip, start your search for the next traveler logging out of the previous traveler's account and logging back into your arranger account. In the Select Traveller field, pick the next traveler for whom you want to book.
Can I cancel just one part of a trip (like a hotel) without canceling the whole itinerary?
Yes. Inside the traveler’s trip page, you can cancel individual bookings like a flight, hotel, or car rental separately. You don’t need to cancel the entire trip.
Do I need to complete a traveler's profile before booking for them?
It’s not required, but strongly recommended. A complete profile (including passport, card, and loyalty info) helps prevent delays, errors, or failed bookings—especially for international travel.
How do I know if a traveler’s booking is within policy?
While booking, look for the green dot (in-policy) or red dot (out-of-policy) next to each option. You can also click View Policy from the header at any time.
Can I add a saved booking to a traveler’s trip without completing it right away?
Yes. Just select the itinerary and use the Save or Add to Trip option. It will be stored as a planned booking until you're ready to complete checkout.
How can I modify a reservation?
Some bookings can't be changed online and may require assistance from our support team.
