Step 1: Start Your Search
From the homepage, click on the Flights tab to begin.
Select where you're flying from.
Select where you're flying to.
Choose your departure and return dates.
If needed, add a hotel or car rental to book everything at once.
Click Advanced Search to reveal extra fields like:
Preferred airline
Number of stops
Once all fields are filled out, click Search.
Step 2: Review Results and Stay Within Policy
Your company’s travel policy will appear on the results page so you know what options are approved for booking.
Sort by Quickest to minimize travel time.
Sort by Earliest Departure or Arrival to better fit your schedule.
In-policy flights will be marked with a green dot. Out-of-policy flights will show a red dot.
Click the dot to view the specific policy violation.
Close the policy window to keep browsing options.
ALWAYS pick your Departure Time first by clicking the padlock to lock in your time. The system will populate the return flights under your locked in departure time.
💡 Pro Tip:
Use the filters in the left panel to narrow down your results:
Number of Layovers – prefer nonstop or one-stop flights? Filter accordingly.
Outbound and Return Time – limit results to time windows that match your schedule.
Preferred Airline – select your favorite airline to view only those results.
Policy Type – show only flights that are in policy, or include out-of-policy options for visibility.
Want a better sense of what’s available? You can clear all filters at the bottom of the panel to reset and view more options.
Step 3: Choose and Book
Once you've found a flight that works, click the checkbox beside the departure flight to lock it in.
You’ll then see your return flight options. Click the checkbox to select your return.
Review your full flight details.
Enter any required traveler information.
Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.
Click Confirm Booking to finalize your flight — or choose Save to add it to your trip for later.
✈️ You’re all set — your flight is booked!
